Gemma Tognini is the Founder and Executive Director of GT Communications– strategic communications, a full-service corporate affairs, PR and reputation management firm. The business was established in 2003 and partners with clients here, nationally and around the globe. Gemma is also an opinion columnist with the West Australian, and the Sydney Daily Telegraph, as well as the host of Sunday Front Page on Sky News Australia. She is a regular contributor to other programs on that network and contributes to programs on Macquarie Radio 6PR and 2GB.

Gemma was the 2014 Business Owner of the year in the prestigious Telstra Business Women’s Awards, and a finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year category in 2017.

She is a sought-after corporate advisor and reputation management specialist. She is a seasoned international keynote speaker on subjects as diverse as crisis and reputation management, media and stakeholder management, business culture, business growth strategy, and women in corporate life.

Gemma was recently invited to be an ambassador for Opportunity International Australia, an organisation which gives families in developing countries the tools they need to work their way out of poverty so they can live safe, healthy lives, send their children to school and create a new future for generations to come. Gemma has served as a non-exec director of Surf Life Saving WA, The Salvation Army of WA and The Starlight Children’s Foundation.
